Domestic Shipping
Most items ship via FedEx Ground.
Items shipped free will ship via the method of our choice.
Items shipping via FedEx require a physical address other than that of your Post Office.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's etc.
We are not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier or those missing after scanned as delivered.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange for delivery signature confirmation.
Items Not Received
All items are shipped insured. If an item is not received after 15 days and there is has been no scanning activity, we will try to find out why and if necessary open a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for items you don't receive that are scanned as delivered.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. Upon approval items must be shipped within 14 days.
Refund for the original purchase price of the item, less shipping charges and any PayPal/Sezzle fees incurred (PayPal/Sezzle fees will also be deducted from buyer requested cancellations) will be issued upon receipt of item in new and unused condition with all tags intact and attached.
Items returned with the original tags missing or removed will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Boots and apparel showing signs of wear or washing will not be refunded.
To ensure that your BOOTS don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
A $15.00 damaged box fee will be applied to any hat, boot etc. box that is returned with tape or labels applied directly to the box.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges including those incurred for items originally shipped free (e,g, if an item cost us $20 to ship, that amount will be deducted from the refund).
Items not returned within the specified time period will incur an additional 15% restocking fee.
In the event that we shipped the wrong item we will incur all shipping costs.
