Stetson Stratoliner Special Edition Hemp Fedora

Well, this is one of the nicest hats I own, and I have a few Stetsons... for a summer hat this is totally cool and classy...the size is perfect and it just feels right!! saw this hat in a hat shop out here in Pasadena, Ca... but just couldn't part with the $ that was being asked... so went on eBay … and after awhile came across this great seller One 2 Mini Ranch, and there I found the last one in stock, in the color, and a great price with reasonable shipping and a great new 'hat' connection. super fast delivery, and I love the hat... I have the Stratoliner in brown felt and like it a lot. I live in West Texas and have to have a summer hat for our many 100+ degree days. I have always worn Western straws. But reading online about this hemp edition and how it is tough and breathes well, I had to try. I love the fit and look. So far we haven’t had any super hot days, but it has been fun and very comfortable to wear. Super cool looking hat! Reccomended!!

Just wanted to say the hemp Stratoliner is a pretty nice hat and if you're thinking about it, you probably won't regret it. It fits a little large, but seems pretty standard for stetson fit. It fits only a tiny bit larger than my 6x open road. I was able to fine tune the bash a little with tea kettle steam. I just wanted the front pinches to be more drastic. It took the change well enough. The snap brim is ok. I thought about downgrading my 5/5 rating because of the rather floppy bulge created by the brim while snapped down. I'd like it to be flatter, but I think that's just my personal preference, not necessarily a fault of the hat. It seems nice enough for my intended purposes of dressing up or down.

As I've been looking at summer hats recently, I wanted something that would "dress up" a little better than the Stetson Muldoon I purchased last year. When I saw this hat, with the contrasting ribbon, I decided to jump! I am extremely happy with the hat and am considering a second one in a different colour to add to my collection of hats.
