30 Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to file a return:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our returns team at one2miniranch@hotmail.com to initiate the returns process.
- Pack the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you included them. If you received a double boxed item do not tape it and use it as the return box. There will be a $15 charge to replace the box.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for any and all shipping costs including those that we incurred with free shipping. For example, if we shipped it to you at no cost and it cost $10 to ship, that $10 will be deducted from the refund. If you receive the wrong item all shipping costs are our responsibility.
Refund procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-refundable items: Some items are non-refundable, including
- Opened or used products
- Gifts
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at one2miniranch@hotmail.com with details and photos of the problem. We will try to resolve the problem quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
