Usable & Durable Hat
This is an Outback styled hat made of Buffalo fur felt. I'm not that versed on attributes of Buffalo fur & how well it felts but it feels tough enough, lots tougher than wool. The hand is coarse compared to rabbit or hare/rabbit blend. Haven't had a chance to wear in rainy weather but did soak with a spray bottle to adjust brim shape. It sheds water well. Typical Stetson oval shape, where few people have that shaped head.Training it to be Long Oval. Should work out for what I want to use it for, foul weather. May trim the brim some. Color is a tad darker than photo

Great Hat, Great Price!
Well, it's a Stetson, almost 'nuff said. People say the buffalo felt is too stiff, but I don't mind it at all. The only disappointments I had were: 1. Stetson puts the model tag through the brim, which leaves a small hole when I took it out, and; 2. Although the hat was packaged extremely well, there were (2) creases on the edge of the brim.
