Made in the USA the Stetson Open Road is constructed of Shantung straw and has a 4" (approx.)regular oval crown and 2 3/4" brim. Features include all-around venting, leather sweatband and brown (chocolate) or tan (cognac) grosgrain ribbon band with Stetson pin.
Please note that the venting on these hats has a tendency to be wavy and uneven.

Stetson open road straw cognac
The cognac color is the perfect middle color between my chocolate and toast open road straw hats. This is obviously my third open road straw hat. They fit nice if you’re driving or having a meal and don’t want a large brim getting in the way.

The hat is very nicely made. The leather sweat band is comfortable. The color is also very cool. The hat functions well also even though the brim is shortened. I am happy with my purchase.

Zero issues
Hat shipped quickly and arrived as expected. The ribbon was a little bent, but i took care of that. The hat is nice and was packaged well in a shipping box. The hat itself was packaged inside of one of those "thank you" plastic grocery shopping bags which was a little odd for a $100 hat, but glad they put it in at least something to protect it during shipping. Overall love the hat and the service.
