Stetson 1865 Distressed Open Road Western Hat

Ordered online here because the hat was sold out on the Stetson website. This company was cheaper and provided very quick, friendly service. I received an email letting me know my item was shipped. The label was printed same day. The hat arrived in perfect condition. This particular hat is very nice. I ordered it in silverbelly. It is a good, neutral color and is not too manly for a woman.

Cool hat, I dig how it’s not super stiff, much softer (and more comfortable) than the rigid hats. The “distressed” part was cute- I didn’t even notice it at first (I forgot I’d ordered the distressed version) and it was simply the banding sanded lightly to look worn/ used. I could’ve done the same thing in a minute with sandpaper! At least it wasn’t a bunch more money for it. The feather is nice, though- a lil’ more flair. Dig it!

Wow! First off, I'm a redhead so I jump at the opportunity to purchase any green hat b/c green is my color and they don't come around too often. LOL! Also, I have quite a large wool, fur felt, and straw collection. That said, this Stetson 1865 in sage is a show stopper! It's a very unique shade of green (somewhere between olive and army green). Of all my green hats, I didn't have this color until now, and I am thrilled! It's also quite comfortable out of the box, and I love the snap brim. Finally, this store is outstanding! I basically received the hat within two days of purchase (I live in Dallas, so I'm close by). The customer service was impeccable. Hat was packaged and shipped perfectly. I love all the unique and hard-to-find Stetsons that this store has in stock. I will definitely be back for more shopping. Thank you so very much!

I spoke with Mike at the shop before placing my order and he was very helpful. The hat itself is beautiful, not overly distressed, just a nice broken in look right out of the box. And shipping was super fast! I highly recommend this store for quality and service!

This is genuinely the best head I’ve ever owned. I’ve been a hat where since I was a kid, and this is my first Stetson, but it is the absolute best! I love the style of the open road, and I’m looking to get it in every color!!!!
