The "Digger" by Stetson is a lightweight vented Shantung straw suitable for all kinds of everyday casual uses. It features a 3-1/4" brim, 4" teardrop crown, sporty leather hatband and a soft and comfortable cloth sweatband.
The venting is the same on all the hats but the exact placement/distance from the brim varies.
Approximate sizing guide (may vary slightly):
S - 6 7/8
M - 7 to 7 1/8
L - 7 1/4 to 7 3/8
XL - 7 1/2 to 7 5/8
The closer you are to the upper limit the better the fit.
Foam sizing tape is sent with each hat to snug it up if necessary.
You may want to consider the BC9017 as an excellent alternative.

very nice hat
I received my hat in good condition and within 5 to 6 days of ordering. This is my second one. I liked the first one so much that I bought a second to have a clean one to wear. I smoke cigars and I get the underside of my brim covered in black smoke stains. it looks great on, and it is so lite that I forget it is on. Ordered a tad large so I could use a sweat liner. By the way, women's panty liners make the best peel and stick disposable sweatbands for the inside of your hat!

Great hat for a good price. The hat that I absolutely love is the resistal gamblers hat, cost more,but dressy.

Surprised upon opening box
Generally, I enjoy the hat. The Summer months will be the true test of durability. I was surprised to find the hat was stiff, not pliable, as I had envisioned it to be. No mind, should stand up well. Sits well on the head and it cuts a striking image of style when worn.

It's a very nice knock around for me, I will probably use for work the most, Spending a lot of time on roofs and in direct sun, but on the other hand it's nice enough for everyday casual wear. Seems to be well made and very light, I was very impressed by the quick shipping and well packed. Thank you One 2 Mini Ranch
